   The firm maintains stringent institutional controls over the matters we handle. Problematic matters are identified early and case strategies formulated for the client’s approval. As a matter of policy, a written evaluation of the claim and all legal issues raised by the pleadings will be availed to the client in each case in order to provide a thorough assessment of liability and damages exposure. Recommendations for the handling of the claim will be given in order to mitigate if not eliminate our client’s outlay.

   We also maintain a bring-up system to ensure that we meet all client-imposed and court-imposed deadlines. Clients are kept regularly updated on all developments affecting their briefs.

   Our fees structure, as for all advocates, is guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order (the scale). Nonetheless, we are able to lawfully structure our fees according to the needs of a particular client, always allowing for client participation and dialogue in the determination of our fees.
